A great ride in perfect weather for our jaunt across the Humber estuary from the Humber Bridge country park near Hull into North Lincolnshire. At the early start from TT HQ there was a great team of able volunteers loading the trailers and preparing for the day ahead which allowed us to depart on time and with everything required for a good day\u2019s cycling.

After departing the country park we had a clear run over the bridge with just a small number of other pedestrians as we ventured out of Yorkshire into Lincolnshire.

Our planned route was slightly different to our normal route but still we arrived at our usual cafe stop at Deepdale Garden Centre for a well deserved lunch but not before stopping to attend to a surprising mechanical. Kate and Matthew\u2019s tandem was missing not one but two of the four bolts securing one of the chainrings to the crank causing it to bend. After lunch we returned to Yorkshire back over the bridge before the drive back home in the afternoon sunshine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
